Anya brings a strong medical and movement-based background to her role as a Physiotherapy Assistant. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Ryerson University and has over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry across Canada and the United States.

Anya is a certified Polestar Pilates Studio Practitioner, trained in a globally recognized, science-based approach to whole-body movement. Her work focuses on quality of movement, precision, and mindful control, supporting rehabilitation, injury prevention, and functional strength.
